General conditions

• Certificate of origin ‘GSP’ form available for European Union countries
• Contract terms: FOB Chittagong or CFR port destination
• Payment terms: L/C at sight
• Tolerance: +/- 3% in size and quantity
• Partial shipment & transshipment allowed
• L/C negotiable in any bank in Bangladesh with transferable clause
• Inspection certificate ‘approved’ issued by Cotton Line
• B/L clause would be as :Full set original clean on board marine bill of lading made out to the order of the negotiating bank and endorse bank marked freight collect and application quoting full name and address”
